Welcoming Our New CEO, Paul Reid!

We are excited to announce the appointment of Paul Reid to the role as CEO of THOR Poletest. 

This appointment comes at an important time for THOR as we accelerate our global growth and continue to enhance the value we deliver to our utility customers. 

THOR’s Founder Ian Flatley says: 

“Paul has got immensely valuable experience for the THOR business, and we’re excited to work with him in this next phase.”   

Paul brings deep product engineering and manufacturing knowledge, alongside in-market US sales and customer-facing experience – with a focus on utility customers. 

He has previously served as the CEO of Mimomax.  More recently, Paul served as the president of Ubiik Mimomax after guiding the company to a successful acquisition. The appointment of Paul as CEO enables Ian to move back into a more strategic role with THOR and its sister company Groundline Engineering, especially in leveraging his extensive industry experience and insight. 

Ian and Richi Cleland both remain as directors of THOR and its sister company Groundline.
